North Fitzroy

Originally built in the late 1800's, this Victorian style, semi-attached home in historic North Fitzroy was challenged by the constraints of such a small building site and its surrounding residences. The client's request was that the home be not only beautifully renovated and modernised, but also fully automated, including front and rear doors, windows, skylight and the kitchen bench top.

Canterbury

This Basketball Stadium was Architecturally designed to reflect a state of the art building for a school in Canterbury. It includes a mezzanine level and internal bench seating for optimal viewing. Concrete panels and colourbond sheet materials were used as external cladding for a magnificent decorative effect. The Stadium is ideal as a basketball facility, but can also serve as a multi-purpose venue for any event required.

Hampton

The family living in this beautiful Californian Bungalow was expanding and so needed their home to grow too. Downstairs was extended to include a larger, more practical kitchen with a Living area and Dining room addition. This part of the house was also renovated to incorporate an al fresco covered deck area whilst still maintaining the garden area for the children to play in. A Laundry was incorporated into the build and utilised under the addition of the 2nd storey staircase. Upstairs was added on to include 2 new bedrooms, a bathroom and a play area for the children. Trapeze Lighting was used to great effect upstairs and original Baltic Pine floorboards were matched during the extension of this home and repolished. Exposed Rafters, Cedar Shingles to the Gable end, Double-hung windows with Leadlights and a Woodlands Grey Colourbond Roof were all used to spectacular effect to ensure a seamless extension which now looks as if it was always part of the original design.
