Carl Saker is the Director of Riviera Building Group and has nearly thirty years’ experience in the industry, building Homes, Schools, Libraries, Art Galleries, Restaurants and Life-Saving Clubs.
He obtained his Domestic Builders’ Licence Unlimited through the Victorian Building Commission and is also registered as a Master Builder.
Carl is certified as a Green Living Builder and is a Registered Building Practitioner with a Commercial Builders’ (Limited) Licence from the Victorian Building Commission
